QUIT SMOKING
Listen to your mom when she tells you smoking will do nothing good, because it’s the truth. I used to smoke myself, until I learned all the deadly chemicals you inhale with just one puff. Imagine inhaling chemicals such as those used for rat poisoning and preserving dead bodies, and you’d understand why I chose to stop. So apparently, smoking makes you snore too– and you have to stop if you want to have better sleep.
REPOSITION
There are certain positions which makes you snore, such as when your neck is crimped. To stop snoring, use a pillow that will elevater your neck at least four inches. You can also use specially- designed pillows to help you stop snoring. If you have a partner who snores, you might want to shake them a little and ask them to shift to another position when they start snoring. Sometimes, the problem is with the position and has nothing to do with health- related issues.
